Bringing new Disney and Pixar characters into your village is one of the most rewarding aspects of Disney Dreamlight Valley. To unlock Mike Wazowski from the Monsters, Inc. Realm, players must complete a key storyline quest titled Eye on the Prize. This guide breaks down every step required to complete the objective smoothly and details the rewards waiting at the end.
Starting the Quest in the Monsters Inc Realm
Before launching into the quest, players must access the Monsters, Inc. Realm inside the Dream Castle. Once inside, you will need to assist Mike Wazowski with his daily responsibilities on the Laugh Floor. Completing these initial tasks sets the stage for earning Mike's trust and bringing him into the Valley.
Collecting Key Scavenger Items
The primary focus of this quest involves finding specific items scattered throughout the realm. Players must search for keycards, tools, and specific items hidden across desks and storage areas on the Laugh Floor. Paying close attention to environmental clues makes gathering these materials significantly easier.
Solving the Laugh Floor Puzzle
After collecting the required items, you will need to operate key machinery to help Mike break the laughter-collecting record. Following the sequence carefully ensures that the canisters fill up without any unexpected setbacks. Once the machinery reaches full capacity, Mike will be ready to make his official move to the Valley.
Quest Completion Rewards and Benefits
Finishing the Eye on the Prize quest officially welcomes Mike Wazowski as a permanent villager in your town. You will unlock access to his unique Friendship Quests and exclusive Monster-themed cosmetic items. Adding Mike also helps you progress further through the overarching storyline of Disney Dreamlight Valley.
